Niles is a Queer, Trans, Middle Eastern, and white human who had been in the mental health field for over 10 years. He has worked in a variety of settings from inpatient to in-home to case management to outpatient. He created a group agency where Queer and Trans therapists could be themselves and offer services to the community. He has recently shifted to this training and consulting business to continue offering knowledge to the community while going back to school to become a Nurse Practitioner with the eventual goal to offer healthcare to the Queer and Trans community.
